摘要：
The article presented information of the European Union budget. In addition, analysis was carried out reforms of the budget history of the European Union, ranging from the Delors I Package, II Package Delors, Agenda 2000 and the Financial Perspective 2007-2013, up to the EU budget for 2010. In the last paragraph of the article are presented information on proposed changes in the new financial perspective for 2014-2020.
