摘要
With the reform and opening-up and the development of market economy in the past decades, ethnic minority region has entered into a new era which makes further requirements of capacity building for civil servants in the ethnic minority region. Performance management, widely known as a management tool, effectively improves the quality of civil service, but there are still some problems that performance management faces in the ethnic minority region, which has direct relationship with the economic and social development of minority region. According to the research on the performance management, some practical suggestions and solutions are provided in this paper to help address those problems and achieve the purpose of improving the performance management.
