摘要
Two new cadinane-type sesquiterpenoid glycosides, dryopteristerpeneA (1) and dryopteristerpeneB (2), were isolated from the aqueous extract of Dryopterisfragrans. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analysis and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations.Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibition on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide induced RAW 264.7 macrophages with their IC50 values of 60.5 and 59.8 mu M, respectively.
