摘要
This paper deals with the development of a monitoring system for power quality analysis based on virtual instrumentation, which supports remote control through a Web browser. The system is implemented in LabView environment. This system uses the S-transform for events analysis in time-frequency domain and the wavelet transform for data compression. The paper presents the results achieved for main types of disturbances.
