摘要
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract signed between a Customer and an Internet Service Provider which specifies a level of service associated to a data flow. In this paper we investigate the use of mobile agents for the dynamic negotiation of SLA between a customer and several Internet Service Providers. The proposed framework is based on Cadenus architecture and the user interface developed in the context of the RNRT project Arcade.
