摘要
A risk is considered as a probability of complete damage from dangerous processes. Main sources for mitigation of an earthquake effect are given. The mathematical modeling allows to reveal and evaluate the priority factors, to divide a territory for parts, characterized by different combinations of impact and different damage of geological environment related to them, The scenarios of a potential risk were created by the geoinformation systems GEO-2 and GEQPROC for urban areas: Irkutsk, Ulhan-Ude cities, Sakhalin and Kuril islands.
