摘要
The audiovisual heritage is an invaluable record for the understanding and historical-cultural reconstruction of society, however, the lack of knowledge and the lack of definition surrounding its conceptualization are obstacles to its preservation, conservation and safeguarding. Along with the value of heritage management, a network of senses emerges from the crossing of previous definitions and involves the activation and promotion of patrimonial referents that respond to the identity urgencies of different social agents interested in proposing a particular version of the identity. This research exposes the results obtained from the analysis of the communication structures in the municipal and provincial historical-cultural archives of Rio Gallegos (Santa Cruz, Argentina), identifying the problems within the cultural heritage management. This was done using a methodology that combines interviews with a survey of the interactions between institutions and their network audiences. This allows us to rethink the importance of articulation with interactive and multidirectional communication in pursuit of the democratization of access to cultural goods.
