摘要
The diversity in the emergence patterns of cultivated rice (Oryza sativa L.) was examined. Considering the genetic diversity of cultivated rice in geographic distribution, ecotypes (indica and japonica) and seed weight (18.7 mg-32.2 mg), we chose 20 cultivars as materials from the IRRI core collection. In the first experiment, all 20 of the cultivars were sown in the soil at the seeding depth of 5.5 cm. As a result, the emergence forms showed large diversity. In the second experiment, 14 cultivars were selected as materials because of their characteristic behavior shown in experiment 1. The seeds were sown in the soil at the seeding depths of 2.8, 5.5, 8.3 and 11.0 cm, respectively. MC-type cultivars (which consist of only mesocotyl and coleoptile) showed a higher emergence rate at the seeding depths of 2.8 and 5.5cm. While at the seeding depth of 8.3 and 11. Oem, the best emergence rate was found in the emergence form in which the first leaf. emerged from the soil as a result of the elongation of the first internode in the soil.
