摘要
Objective: To compare the safety and feasibility of the establishment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel with sequential fascial dilatation and balloon dilatation. Methods: 217 cases of PCNL from January 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. One group(Group A) of 125 cases established the percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel with sequential fascial dilatation and the other group(Group B) of 92 cases with balloon dilatation. Record and compare the stone clearance rate, channel establishing time, operation time, blood loss and hospital expenses. Results: All of the 217 cases were successful. Balloon dilatation was significantly superior to sequential fascial dilatation in shortening the channel establishing time (F=515.402, P=0.000) and reducing intraoperative blood loss (F=39.551, P=0.000) and gain a higher hospital expenses. Conclusions: Comparing with sequential fascial dilatation, establishing the percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel with balloon dilatatio is more safety and has the same feasibility.
