摘要
The file of "Several opinions of the Ministry of Education on promoting the reform and the innovation of the higher vocational education to guide the scientific development of the vocational education" (Faculty. 2011. No. 12) points out that we should encourage and support the higher vocational schools to strengthen the international exchanges and cooperation, and actively participate in the studies and the formulation of the international standards and rules of the vocational education, and actively carry out the schools-running through the Sino-foreign cooperation, bring in the high-quality educational resources, and enhance the educational levels. Based on the project of the establishment and certification of the cross-border "2+2" double diploma project with the Sino-foreign cooperation (Accounting), through the application of the data mining technology to the analysis of the quality of the university English teaching, the author tries to find and manifest the group of the important factors hidden in the process of the teaching that affect the quality of the university English teaching, to provide a new idea and method for the analysis of the teaching quality and the targeted improvement of the teaching, in order to build the more scientific, objective, and well-targeted evaluation system of the analysis of the quality under the background of the big data.
