摘要
Experimental research is carried out to investigate the stability of the compression-bending members strengthened under load. To study the influence of preload and the length of strengthening, four specimens are involved, including an unreinforced member and three strengthened members. Test results indicate that preload has little negative influence on ultimate capacity while the capacity is susceptible to the length of strengthening.
