摘要：

Reactions to cow's milk vary, corresponding to different immunological mechanisms. Clinical features are usually digestive and occur early in life. Apart from classical manifestations (diarrhea, cycling vomiting) and atypical presentations are described. We report and discuss four observations of atypical cow's milk allergy: constipation with gastroesophageal reflux, intestinal subocclusion, severe indigestion and eosinophilic gastroenteritis.
