摘要：
As an important unit of social life-college dormitory,the study of its interpersonal relationships has important theoretical and practical significance,basing on"small group interaction",appling statistical analysis model and empirical analysis,this paper identified the most important factor that affect interpersonal relationships of college dormitory,and proposes countermeasures to improve interpersonal relationships of college students.
