摘要：
This article makes the empirical research for influence factor to the graduate student innovative competence based on the sample of a Science and Engineering university. The research shows that: the innovative competences of Science and Engineering students improve significantly more than the students of Humanities and Social Sciences; academic atmosphere has significant positive effect to students' Innovative competence.
