摘要
The plastic deformation in ultrafine ceramics occurs mainly by the grain boundary sliding. The percolative composite model is developed to describe the property changes in nanocrystalline materials versus grain size. This model is used in conjunction with other deformation models to predict the deformation behavior of impure nanocrystalline ceramics.
