摘要
This paper is aimed to investigate the returns to scale (RTS) in data envelopment analysis (DEA) with Russell measure. As we have known, Russell measure is more adept at estimating inefficiencies than Radial measure. In this paper, we aim to estimate the RTS of each DMU using DEA models with Russell measure, so that we can estimate the RTS of DMUs more accurately. The DEA models with Russell measure are treated in input-oriented forms in this paper. A numerical example is examined to illustrate how to estimate returns to scale (RTS) using the DEA models with Russell measure.
