摘要
For many Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises, because of their unique features, various crises easily occur during the growth stage. Consequently, the growth stage plays a pivotal role in the life cycle of enterprises. There are various reasons that lead to enterprises having crises at that time. However, the most fundamental reasons for these crises are due to those enterprises' own defects. Therefore, it is necessary that a system be established to supervise the growth and development of Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises. In an enterprise, there are many factors that play important roles in showing the possibility of potential crises. This paper focuses on the establishment of an entrepreneurial enterprises' growth supervising system and includes an illustration of the system's design principles, framework, and organization. Through establishing an indicator system and using the nonlinear programming method to determine the weights of various indicators, a number is calculated that indicates the probability for crises to outbreak in the growing enterprise.
