摘要
There are many research societies in the world but none like the Teratology Society, now known as, the Society of Birth Defects Research and Prevention. Our Society has thrived in the last 60 years because of its inclusiveness in the diversity of disciplines of our membership, the outstanding interprofessional collaboration, and successful mentorship. This brief commentary offers some anecdotes about our diversity, interprofessional research, and mentoring.
