摘要
The main objective of this work is to understand if the blind user has a good experience when use a support system when moving from point A to point B. To find out this, User eXperience (UX) tests were performed to analyze the way in which the user interacts with the device, specifically, tests were made with the modified method "Thinking Aloud". The sample of the study was of 5 blind participants, between 36 and 46 years old, of both genders, with a level heterogeneous of education and technology. The instruments that were used when making use of the method were: pretest, post-test, task evaluations, participant observation and recording of both audio and video. Based on the results, users find system's difficult to use, therefore, applying the method allows both developers and analysts to see, how, where and when the system fails to do so the relevant improvements, it should be mentioned that applying this type of modified methods allows for better feedback from the target users.
