摘要
The effect of alkaline oxides on TiO2 (anatase)-V2O5 series humidity sensitivity is investigated. The result indicated that the addition of alkaline oxides and the sintering temperature affect the humidity sensitivity as well as the microstructure. The impedance of the sample gradually increases with time, and IR measurement confirm that this increase is caused by the chemisorption of water molecules. Aging in a high-temperature and high-humidity atomosphere call reduce this increase in impedance. In particular, a sample containing M2O exhibits faster response and stable humidity serve after being aged in 50 degrees C -85%RH for 2 days.
