摘要
The effect of alkaline oxides on the humidity sensitivity of Nb2O5-doped TiO2 is investigated. The addition of alkaline oxides affects the humidity sensitivity as well as the microstructure. In particular, a sample containing K2O exhibits faster response and stable humidity sensitivity even after being maintained at 50 °C. This stable sensitivity may be attributed to physisorbed water, which is rarely desorbed at 50 °C. © 1990.
