摘要
The risk of cardiovascular events and mortality are very high during perioperative period in general surgical clinic. Predicting cardiac complication for patients (pts) undergoing noncardiac surgery is the biggest task for anaesthesiologists and a consulting cardiologist before operations. In this paper we have analysed the benefit of echo-stress tests in basing the risk of narcosis. The methods, results and it's discussions of stress echocardiography of 64 pts with suspected Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) before various noncardiac operations are presented here. Echo-stress tests are valuable and safe means to base the cardiovascular risk before surgery. It is meant here to emphasise here the role of various methods of stress echocardiography, it's good qualities and faults and place of these tests in the plan of preoperative investigations of pts with suspected CHD.
