摘要
Photoluminescent properties of Sm3+/ Dy3+ single and co-doped SrZrO3 perovskites, prepared through conventional solid state ceramic route method were investigated. X-ray diffraction studies confirmed the orthorhombic (Pnma) perovskite structure of the calcined samples. Dy(3+)doped SrZrO3 systems showed blue emission at 482 nm and yellow emission at 574 nm due to the transition between F-4(9/2)-H-6(15/2) and F-4(9/2)-H-6(13/2) levels respectively while Sm3+ doped SrZrO3 systems shows red emissions at around 567 nm, 603 and 646 nm that respectively corresponds to the (4)G(5/2) -> H-6(5/2), (4)G(5/2) -> H-6(7/2) and (4)G(5/2) -> H-6(9/2) transitions of Sm3+. Sm3+/ Dy3+ co-doped SrZrO3 systems shows two different emissions for excitations at 350 nm and 407 nm. Near white light emission was achieved for the SrZr0.9Sm0.025Dy0.075O3, SrZr0.9Sm0.05Dy0.05O3 andSrZr(0.9)Sm(0.075)Dy(0.025)O(3) systems at 354 nm excitation with CIE colour co-ordinates (0.3792, 0.3849), (0.3813, 0.3853) and (0.3786, 0.3851) respectively.
