摘要
In knowledge economy age, whether knowledge workers are well arranged and retained is the key to enterprises to hold an invincible position in competition. This paper analyzes the motivation factors to knowledge worker on the basis of knowledge worker's personal characteristic and establishes a general model of employee value & influencing factors in employee turnover rate, puts forward that how to integrate different capabilities well is one main motive power of core competence in a company, proposes to gain a core competence based on the systematic thinking, focuses on the harmony of different capabilities in varying degrees.
