摘要
Ultrasonic levitation has been gradually expanded by ultrasonic standing wave, ultrasonic array, etc. It plays an increasingly prominent role in many applications such as the intersection disciplines, biomedicine, chemistry. Standing wave levitation has distinct advantages in solving multi-point objective functions and multi-points levitation phase control. In this paper, we analyze the radiation model of the ultrasonic standing wave phased array and establish the control model, including concave, circular and plane. In the simulation, the acoustic radiation forces are compared in different axes. To generate multiple traps, we apply iterative backpropagation (IB) algorithm, which is an alteration of iterative angular spectrum approach (IASA) algorithm and Gerchberg-Saxton (GS) algorithm. Finally, the different phase combinations and organize into formation are simulated in acoustic traps.
