Research on Low-carbon Transformation of Urbanization in the Western Small-medium Cities

摘要
With the rapid expansion of the size of western small and medium-sized cities, the "Double Shift" of labor and industry has promoted the urbanization process in western China. We are facing more urban problems, such as ecological environment deterioration, shortage of resources, and the high price of public service and so on. According to the necessary analysis on the background of western small and medium-sized cities of low-carbon transformation, we discuss the restricting factors of low-carbon transformation, and then come up with the solution to low-carbon transformation under the urbanization.
