Constructing enterprise flexibility competence on the basis of product platform and collaborative product commerce

摘要
Under the circumstances of the mass customization, how to respond to the changing of environment efficiently and construct the enterprise flexibility competence has become the solid basis for enterprises to gain competitive advantages, while the most of studies emphasize particularly on the inner flexibility such as manufacturing flexibility and neglect outer flexibility. As a competence system, an enterprise can adapt to the changing of environment only with a high flexibility competence on the whole. First of all, the article addresses the basic characters of the enterprise flexibility from the view of time, effect and rang. Then, in the view of two dimensions of the enterprise flexibility, the paper brings forward applying product platform to construct inner flexibility and applying collaborative product commerce (CPC) to construct outer flexibility. Finally, through studying on the integration of product platform and CPC, a framework is proposed which constructs the enterprise flexibility competence in terms of integration of inner flexibility and outer flexibility.
