摘要
Mr. Matsushita, the so-called Japanese famous management god said, "The valuable asset of the company is employee." The US steel tycoon Carnegie also said, "Even if my business collapses, but the capable talents stay and then 20 years later I would also make the steel magnate." Both words from the most well-known entrepreneurs, and they refer to the motivation on employees. With the China's accession to the WTO and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the position and role of human resources management in the management of private enterprises is growing. The use of worker incentives to improve their core competitiveness has become a necessary choice for today's Chinese private enterprises. And since ancient times, the company's competition is the talent competition. Talent management is "hard to select, harder to keep." How could Chinese private enterprises keep victory in the increasing fierce competition for talent? Particularly for those who with the background of widespread "labor shortage" in the country, employment incentives in private enterprise deserve fine study.
