摘要
Nanocrystalline intermetallic alloys combine the properties of nanocrystalline materials, which are due to the small crystallize size as well as the high number of interfaces, with the promising properties of intermetallic alloys. Many of these properties are governed by vacancies. vacancy properties in ordered coarse grained FeAl and NiAl are analyzed with the knowledge of the structure and behavior of nanocrystalline materials. The ordering kinetics of nanocrystalline FeAl disordered during preparation is treated as a case study.
