摘要
The copolymer resin which can absorb organic matter made up of butyl methacrylate (BMA), acrylonitrile (AN), beta hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) was synthesized by suspension polymerization, then the absorption fiber was prepared by gelation-spinning. The effects of consumption of acrylonitrile (AN) on the saturated oil absorbency and the gel fraction were studied. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Dynamic thermomechanometry (DMA) were used to research the chemical structure and dynamic mechanics performance of butyl-methacrylate copolymer fiber. The results showed that the mass fraction of AN was a main factor which affected saturated oil absorbency, gel fraction and heat-resisting property was better when butyl-methacrylate copolymer fiber had appropriate mass fraction of AN.
