摘要
Nowadays, it is not possible to imagine our daily life without support of technical systems. And even more so, when it comes to complex tasks which require specific knowledge, prompt reaction to situation changes and intelligent process coordination. We propose a concept of generic workflows for application domains with complex, critical and highly dynamic situations. To obtain the required adaptation and flexibility we intend to adopt human behavior and consider besides the technical system part also the social part and their interactions. All humans have the ability to adapt activities and decision making to complex situation and situation changes. We base thereby mostly on adaptation of learned principles, our experience and refinement of used words and sentences. For design and development of the proposed generic system we intend to use those adaptation and refinement techniques with possibilities and inevitable limitations of the technical system part.
