摘要：

Phaeocollybia amygdalospora, Ph. herrerae, Ph. moseri and Ph. pseudolugubris are described as new species from Mexico. All are associated with conifers except Ph. herrerae which was found in both Quercus and Pinus-Quercus forests. Morphological features and ecological distribution are considered in the delimitation of the species. With these taxa, there are 19 species known from Mexico.
