Prework and precompletion of worksheets for process hazard analysis

Prework in preparation for process hazard analysis (PHA) is vital for an efficient study. Precompletion of PHA worksheets in an effort to reduce the time needed for a PHA study may detract from the quality of the study and also may not be acceptable to regulators.
