Research on Multi-Objective Optimization of Ride-Hailing Pricing Model Based on NSGA-III

摘要
The ride-hailing industry is booming, but its pricing standard still has problems. By analyzing the current situation, this paper establishes corresponding objective functions and constraints through demand side, supply side, and societal benefit maximization using the NSGA-III optimal algorithm for multi-objective function. The pricing model was applied in a case study of Xi'an. The result considers lowest total social cost or passenger's lowest cost as the goal. Optimal solution for unit price is 3.5 yuan/km mileage and time unit price is 1 yuan/min, and the car-sharing rate is 0.12%. Optimal time unit price and optimal mileage unit price in Xi'an is 0.6 yuan/minute and 1.4 yuan/km when considering the target as maximizing drivers' revenue. For the multi-objective function, the paper gives a set of optimal solutions based on a Pareto optimal frontier, for which the mileage unit price is 3.5 yuan/km, and the time unit price is 1 yuan/minute.
