In der Diagnosestellung einer transitorisch-ischamischen Attacke (TIA) besteht eine allgemeine ubereinstimmung hinsichtlich klassischer Symptome wie motorischer Schwache oder einseitigem Visusverlust, jedoch kein Konsens bzgl. zahlreicher monosymptomatischer Ereignisse mit plotzlich einsetzenden nichtprogressiven Symptomen (wie isolierten Doppelbildern) mit teilweise gro ss en Unterschieden in Untersuchung und Therapie, so Tuna et al.
