摘要
The degree of universal input polynomials is estimated from the Sussmann theorem concerning the universal inputs for polynomial systems. This estimate depends on the relative degree of the ''system-observation law'' pair and the dimension of the system, and characterizes the structure of universal polynomial inputs in the space of polynomial inputs. Examples are given. The relationship between the estimates thus found with uniform observability is discussed.
