摘要：
With Matlab computing platform, Intercepting some listed companies in China as the study sample of Risk Early Warning System, selecting 18 indicator variables, setting the BP neural network model as the based frame, this article constructs the Risk Early Warning System of the listed company. Through training and testing practice of the practice, we can confirm that operational risk early warning system constructed in this paper has higher prediction accuracy to the business risk of the listed company in China and can be used as reference for carrying out risk warning for China's listed companies.
