摘要
For the cause of solving resource sharing faced low clarity and efficiency in conventional monitoring and diagnosis of the NC equipment, Multi-Agent technique is introduced to complex fault diagnosis. Based on Agent function model, this paper constructs Multi-Agent monitoring and diagnosis model, which is equipment resource sharing-oriented. Key techniques such as Multi-Agent run environment and communication mechanism in collaborating diagnosis are analyzed. In the same-time, application platform of model implementation is studied as afforded support for Multi-Agent realization of intelligent monitoring and diagnosis, in order to meet the requirement of manufacturing process monitoring resource coordination and environment adaptability, ensure digital manufacturing system stability and reliability.
