Measurement of Cs-135/Cs-137 isotope ratio by quadrupole mass analyzer

摘要
In order to measure the neutron capture cross section of Cs-135, a quadrupole mass analyzer was developed. With 0.3 mu g of CsCl sample containing Cs-135 and Cs-137 isotopes, the isotope ratio of Cs-135/Cs-137 has been measured with an accuracy of the 3% total error.
