摘要：
The paper presented the nonlinear dissatisfied function of influencing factors of regions' dissatisfy based on the power limiting decision for peak load shifting control, and established the nonlinear multi-objective group decision of power limiting distribution planning model for peak load shifting control based on nonlinear multi-objective group decision theory, and provided an interactive multi-objective plus weight solving measure based on the group preference priority. At last through a practical example study, the satisfactory results are been obtained.
