摘要
Under the background of country increasing the new urbanization and distribution network upgrading efforts, in this paper, demand side management and distributed power access are included into the distributed network planning, and the optimal allocation model of distributed generation in urban and rural distribution network considering demand side management is proposed. Firstly, the development form of distribution network is classified and the DR potential analysis method of different kinds of distributed loads is put forward. Then based on the analysis of timing characteristics, the DG optimal allocation model is proposed, and at last an example is given to validate the rationality and validity of the planning model.
