摘要
A novel distributed generation (DG) planning model in active distribution network (ADN) considering demand side management and network reconfiguration was proposed. The objective function of the model was to minimize the annual comprehensive cost, and the constraints contain active management measures, DG investment restrictions and various electrical restrictions. The model was converted to a three-tier programming model according to the idea of decomposition and coordination, and the optimal DG planning scheme was obtained by a hybrid solving strategy which was combined with differential evolution algorithm, tree structure encoding-partheno genetic algorithm, and primal-dual interior point method. Case studies are carried out on a 61-bus ADN, and the effects of demand side management and network reconfiguration on the planning results are studied. © 2016 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
