摘要：
Recent results from intermediate-energy Coulomb-excitation experiments at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory are presented and the previous measurements are summarized. From these experiments, one can conclude that boundary nuclei of the N = 20 "island of inversion" are Si-34, Mg-30, and Ne-28, and that evidence exists for the beginning of the break down of the N = 28 shell gap in sulfur nuclei.
