Research on influencing factors of corporate environmental behaviors

Models used in previous environmental studies focused on only one type of behavior. Existing studies of the driving factors of corporate environmental behaviors are mostly made based on qualitative analyses. Moreover, no clear standard has been set to demarcate the influence degree of each factor, and no consensus has been reached on the influence degrees between different driving factors, which have hindered corporate environmental behaviors. In this paper, on the basis of a questionnaire survey of corporate environmental behaviors, a model is developed and validated. SPSS20.0 is used for calculations in the factor analysis to deduce 10 principal factors. On this basis, a structural equation model about the interaction between 10 factors is built and validated by AMOS20. A quantitative analysis is made of effecting paths and effects of different influencing factors on corporate environmental factors. Research results show that institutional driving factors, corporate strategic driving factors and social responsibility driving factors have a significant positive impact on corporate environmental behaviors.
