摘要：
The resolving power and detection ability of a c-scan type ultrasonic inspection instrument, so called a scanning acoustic microscope, depend on the focusing ability of the transducer. In order to give a fine focused beam, a high frequency and spherical shape transducer made by piezoelectric polymer is usually used. The acoustic field of them of various dimensions and frequencies obtained by calculation and experiment are reported succeeding to the report (I)(1)).
