A treatment of vitally jeopardized under the war conditions in the area of ex-Yugoslavia

A treatment of vitally jeopardized patients under the war conditions is always a big problem. Medical staff is under sustained dangerous, there is a lack of equipment and drugs as well as the adequate space for treatment of the wounded. Most of all, the primary transport is often impossible. The authors (1) of this paper spent a few years working in the war hospitals and they try to represent their experience in the treatment of the wounded as well as their personal psychophysical existence in absolute isolation and hopelessness.
