摘要：
At present, the situation in the country is connected with the growing contradictions between the needs of the society and the capabilities of universities in training world-class specialists. Dynamically developing enterprises need innovative technological breakthrough for their successful operation, and universities sometimes are not able to train the staff able to ensure this breakthrough.
