Study of Land Development Management in the Industrial Park Based on the Full Life-Cycle Approach

This paper explains how to effectively actualize the full life-cycle management to lands in the industrial park. The full life-cycle Land-using contains four stages, by analyzing stage target, goal achievement evaluation, organization model and major parties, illustrates the framework of land development management in the industrial park based on the full life-cycle approach. The results shows that the comprehensive, coordinated and systematic management of the "organizations, resources, targets, responsibilities, and stakeholders" in the full life-cycle every stages help achieves the goal of economical, intensive and efficient use of the land in the industrial park.
