Mastoidotympanoplasty with mastoid obliteration

摘要
Management of cholesteatomas are still problems in the world as well as the open and the closed methode are in controversial. The main aims of the surgical procedures are a dry ear, improve or preserve of hearing and if possible in one stage operation only. During periode 1991 to 1993, 41 patients were performed mastoidotympanoplasty with mastoid obliteration. On post operative follow up 81% were good result. The surgical technique will be disscussed.
