The paper studies the present situation of China's construction market credit evaluation System by questionnaire survey, summarizes the problems. For example, the evaluation index and criteria are not uniform, the evaluation results are not effectively applied and so on. And give some suggestions for the improvement of China's construction market credit evaluation system.
